Growth at Bent River Machine has never been accidental. We plan, measure, and build it with the same precision that goes into every system, leaving our Clarkdale, Arizona, facility.

In August 2025, we earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America, ranking among the top 100 manufacturers nationwide. For a second-generation, woman-owned business in rural Arizona, this recognition reflects years of disciplined work and trust from customers who count on us to deliver when it matters.

The Inc. 5000 highlights companies that continue to grow when conditions are difficult. We recorded 136 percent growth over the past three years, driven by customers who placed order volumes we had never seen before. That confidence was earned through consistent delivery, strong engineering, and open communication. When they needed more, we were ready.

As I shared in the announcement, “Being included in the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies is beyond an honor. Our success is built on the success of our customers and team. They worked extremely hard last year, despite having limited human and physical resources. We figured it out and grew together. Such an accomplishment!”

Clarkdale, Arizona, is a town of about 5,000 people. Recruiting and retaining skilled talent in a place of that size is a challenge we face every day. We continue to develop people from within, improve our processes, and build a workplace that attracts those who take pride in precision.

This recognition comes as we expand our work in automation, tooling, and building systems, all areas where accuracy and reliability define success. Since 1978, Bent River has earned a reputation for solving difficult manufacturing problems and standing behind every system we build.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, ITAR registered, CMMC 2.0 certified, and a WOSB (Woman-Owned Small Business). Our team also helped develop the manufacturing equipment and process that has produced most of the solar panels used on satellites in space today. That history says a lot about who we are. It shows what happens when skill and persistence align.

For us, this recognition is not a finish line. It serves as a reminder that growth only matters if it improves our performance in what we do. That focus will continue to guide how we build, how we serve, and how we grow.
