Bent River has a proven track record working with customers to manufacture, source and assemble components to the customers specifications. In assembly, our staff are trained in both mechanical and electrical assembly. The electrical assembly staff have the skill and equipment to fabricate custom wiring harnesses and cabling using most commercial connector styles. Mechanical and final assembly staff perform the necessary mechanical alignments and ensure the completed assembly performs to your specifications.

Dedicated procurement staff offer years of experience working directly with component manufacturers and distributors to guarantee cost effective and timely delivery of third party components. Our staff search the distribution chain to reduce lead-time and cost of purchased components. Whenever a project is constrained by lead-time, our staff work aggressively to source and recommend alternative components for your approval.

Many custom manufactured parts require functional or cosmetic surface treatment. Bent River works closely with qualified and approved vendors who provide quality surface finishes to meet your exacting requirements. Our manufacturing staff have experience handling and working with components such as: Anodized, Electro-Polished, Plated, Chemically Passivated, Painted (wet and powder coat), and Heat Treated. Special care is taken to ensure cosmetic surface treatments are not damaged during assembly and shipment. Our staff have years of experience packaging products to ensure no damage occurs during shipment.
