ROBOTIC 14 STATION JEDEC TRAY HANDLER
This multi-station system is designed to integrate with a several SCARA robots. It includes 21 axes of motion.

The Unstack mode provides singulation of JEDEC trays from the built in magazine on to conveyors or for presentation into manufacturing cells.
The Stack mode accepts JEDEC trays from conveyor systems or manufacturing cell output stages for input into the internal magazine.
The Inline Buffer mode enables the tray handler to act as a buffer between two manufacturing stations, ensuring that product is effectively off loaded from upstream operations (such as reflow ovens) in the event that downstream operations are suspended.
This handler provides double the capacity of our single stack
tray handler and is designed to stack, unstack, or buffer two
stacks of either thin or thick format JEDEC Trays.
